For more than thirteen years, Perton Ehitus has followed the goal of creating comfortable living environments with the feel of home. We started out restoring historic buildings and giving them elements valued in modern homes and setting new energy-efficient technical solutions in place. We have built homes in Kassisaba, Kalamaja, Kadriorg and other valued residential areas – more than 40 residential buildings in total.
With new developments, we aim to make the homes we create more valuable to the area and to take full advantage of what the surrounding district has to provide. We build houses with modern architectural design to create a bridge between new houses and historic buildings with cultural and environmental value.
We have received numerous awards for our work, such as a letter of gratitude from the Tallinn Cultural Office for the restoration of the Wismari 47 street-side apartment buildings in 2012, the Tallinn City Planning Department’s award for “Best Renovated Buildings of Cultural and Environmental value 2015” for the restoration of the Luise 27/1 and 27/2 buildings and “Best Renovated Building of Cultural and Environmental value 2016” for the restoration of the Kunderi 25 building, as well as the title “Stone Roof of the Year 2015” for the restoration of the Tina 26 building.
For the past six years, Perton Ehitus has been recognized by Creditinfo Eesti AS as an official “Successful Estonian Company”. Äripäev AS recognized us as the Estonian Gazelle Company of the Year 2015. Perton Ehitus is a member of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a member of the Estonian Association of Real Estate Companies.
